Gen Z/Millennial night At Vegan Van

Calling all the young vegans! Let’s get together at Vegan Van for some dinner. If you are in the Gen Z or Millennial age bracket come on down! I’ve never done an event like this, but my intention is to get the young vegans together to form community.

Vegan Van has breakfast sandwiches, Taco Bell inspired Items, pizza, and a vegan market. They just added gluten-free buns as an option for sandwiches, too.

Vegan Van was previously a food truck, but is now a brick and mortar café on the first floor of a student housing building, The Assembly. There is a parking lot on site and when you enter the building, you will head to the left. There’s plenty of tables, but I will plan to mark at least one table with a Denver Vegans sign and let everyone know what I’m wearing.
