What we’re about

This is not your average workout.

We’re a group of high-vibe humans coming together for Lagree-inspired fitness that’s low-impact on your joints but high-impact on your results. Think: slow, controlled movements that fire up your core, improve balance, and build long, lean strength.

Each session is 45 minutes, held Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM at City Park in Denver. Drop-in is $28, and packages are available for regulars who want to level up.

Whether you're new to fitness or just want a new way to move, you’ll feel empowered, energized, and stronger with every session.
