On July 16, we'll workshop 10,000 words by Vanessa, and share a writing prompt. Download the workshop piece beforehand and bring feedback; email the author, if you'd like.
The skill-building exercise for 7/16 is to write a 500-word fictional story in which things don't seem to be heading in the right direction. As always, get creative and have fun. Write it ahead of time, then read it at the meeting.
