Over the past season we’ve ventured into Open & Relational Theology, Spiritual Alchemy, Peace Building, Just War Theory, Ubuntu, Atonement, Ancestors, and the prophetic imagination of Abraham Joshua Heschel. Thats a rather wild sentence when you step back and look at it. It's an eclectic set of topics which allowed us to spend the spring exploring what it means to become more human, more connected, more awake, and maybe a little more compassionate in the process.

For this week's gathering, we’re loosening the structure and opening the floor to hang out and have fun! Bring the spiritual idea, question, practice, tension, or half-formed thought that’s been living in your head. We’ll drink beer, share stories, wrestle with ideas, share some laughs, and see where the conversation goes. No agenda to complete. No conclusions required (as if we've ever arrived at one!). Janel and I will bring a few theological conversation starters just in case, but we have a feeling that the conversation will flow as freely as the amazing beer at Strange Craft.

As always, this meetup is less about arriving at perfect answers and more about creating a space for honest conversation, community, and reflection together. Whether the discussion drifts toward mysticism, theology, philosophy, spiritual practice, or the meaning of life... we will discuss it over a delicious pint. The goal is simple: good people, good drinks, and meaningful conversation.

This is technically our last scheduled session of the spring season, but there is a lot of momentum to meet in some format in June and July. We will make sure to discuss this as a topic at the beginning or end of the evening and stay tuned for a few summer plans to keep conversations going!

Join us this Thursday, even if its your first time joining - its going to be a fun night!
