Join us for community and a monthly discussion.

The gathering will be held in a conference room at the Galleria Office Building. There is a cafe that has snacks, coffee and wine and is open until 6pm. We will be there early to socialize and connect at 5:30pm for anyone that would like to come early! The conversation starts at 5:45pm. (The doors to the building lock at 6pm so please arrive on time, thank you!)

This month, we will explore:
Somatic Coaching, what is it?

Somatic coaching works with the nervous system, where our reactions, defenses, and feelings of safety are actually shaped. Before we think, we feel. Before we analyze, our body responds.

In this conversation, we’ll explore:

• What somatic coaching actually is
• Why the nervous system plays such a powerful role in our lives
• How stress, triggers, and emotional patterns live in the body
• Simple, practical regulation tools you can use immediately

This is not therapy, and there’s nothing to “perform” or get right. It’s an opportunity to become more aware, more regulated, and more compassionate with yourself.
Expect a grounded, engaging discussion with experiential moments designed to help you feel the concepts — not just understand them intellectually.
