A LOT of changes recently... a lot of opportunity to grow both inside an organization that has some phenomenal leadership as well as personally by being driven to excel in the R&D side of thing.

A Lot of introspective thoughts around the change from building companies (CCi5, Cyopsis, OWL and helping SG) to now working inside an organization and helping build them....I'm enjoying the change, not having to worry about everything and getting to focus on what I can to do proactively build Acalvio.

Talking at about 30 conferences this year, helping the National Guard and a host of other stuff...

And the good thing, with all the changes it opens up the opportunities to work with a number of folks again in the industry...that IS one part I am looking forward to.
