Midwinter Break Private Screening

Silent Book Club field trip! Focus Featured has arranged for us to see a free screening of Midwinter Break. Findlay makes her feature directorial debut with this romance drama, adapted from Bernard MacLaverty’s bestselling novel of the same name.

MIDWINTER BREAK centers on retired married couple Stella (Manville) and Gerry (Hinds) who embark on a life-changing trip to Amsterdam. While there, the duo recall their courtship – and audiences are transported back in time with a younger Gerry (Ed Sayer) and Stella (Julie Lamberton) contemplating their futures.
