Explore & More is a social adventure series for people in their 20s to early 40s who want to explore Colorado - one neighborhood, town, and hidden gem at a time. Whether you've lived here for years or just unpacked your moving boxes, every event is a chance to explore a different place, make new friends, and create amazing memories. Because the best adventures aren't just about the places you visit - they're about the people you meet along the way!

Every Explore & More adventure is part of a larger journey.
At each event, participants unlock a beautifully-illustrated, collectible destination stamp to add to their digital Explore & More Passport. Along the way, you'll also complete fun photo challenges, which you can use to personalize your passport book.
By the end of the series, you won't just have explored Colorado...
You'll have a passport full of adventures, pictures, and stories to look back on!

🏙️ LoDo Riverfront Adventure

Welcome to the very first stop on our Explore & More adventure!
We are kicking off the series by exploring Lower Downtown (LoDo)—Denver's oldest neighborhood and the place where the city's story began. We'll begin by gathering inside Denver's iconic Union Station before strolling to Confluence Park for Crosscurrents—a vibrant community celebration featuring live music, storytelling, art, and local culture. We'll finish the afternoon exploring Denver's beautiful riverfront with an optional stop for food, drinks, and lawn games.

Adventure Plan
12:30–1:15 PM |☕ Meet at Pigtrain Coffee (Union Station)
We'll kick off the afternoon inside Denver's historic Union Station! Grab a coffee, lunch, or sweet treat while meeting your fellow explorers and enjoying relaxed conversation before we head toward the river together.
1:15–1:30 PM |🚶Walk to Crosscurrents
We'll enjoy a leisurely walk from Union Station to Confluence Park, arriving a little early to find a great spot on the lawn before the festivities begin.
1:30–3:00 PM |🎵 Crosscurrents Festival
Settle in along the South Platte River as we enjoy Crosscurrents, a vibrant community celebration featuring live music, storytelling, art, and local culture inspired by Denver's waterways.
3:00–3:45 PM | 🌊Riverside Recharge
After the festival, we'll continue exploring the riverfront with a leisurely stroll along Arkins Promenade & ArtPark. This scenic stretch features public art, native landscaping, beautiful skyline views, and plenty of opportunities for great conversations and photos as we soak up the sunshine.
