A walk for the future

Tomorrow, I'm taking a walk downtown for NKD, and for what I believe in: Peace, honesty, fairness, human dignity, and community. I'm standing up for myself, for others, and for my community because I am lucky enough to have the strength and the position to do so.

How to Find Us & Coordinate:

• Exact Location: The specific meeting spot will be finalized onsite tomorrow once I see the crowd and layout.
• Running Late? It is totally normal to be a bit late! Just check the chat when you arrive to see where we are.
• Event Chat & WhatsApp: Public comments are restricted. We will use the Meetup event chat for initial coordination, and I will also open a WhatsApp chat for verified participants (much easier to moderate and share live locations!). I will post the WhatsApp link later in the attendee-only section/chat here.

What to Bring & Wear:

• Walking shoes, water, a snack bar, sunscreen, and bright colors are suggested.
• Don't forget the sun and downtown shadows will alternately make it feel warmer and colder, so dress adaptively in layers.

Group Guidelines:

• No alcohol, no weapons, maintain peaceful conduct, and mind your manners. Anyone looking to cause trouble will simply be reported immediately.
