Denver GOP Hosts Patty McKernan--June First Friday Breakfast

Join us at the Denver GOP First Friday Breakfast, this Friday, June 6, at 7:30 a.m. Our speaker this month comes to us from Protect Kids Colorado.

Protect Kids Colorado seeks to restore parents' fundamental rights to make decisions concerning all matters of care, custody, welfare, education, and general upbringing of their children.

Patty McKernan, a leader working for Protect Kids Colorado, will be speaking about the recent legislation titled "Legal Protections for Transgendered Individuals" - HB25-1312.

"This bill expands legal protections ... for individuals, especially minors, receiving or affirming gender identity ... in cases of family law, education, and public accommodations. It addresses coercive control, chosen names, misgendering, deadnaming, and out-of-state child removal laws related to gender-affirming care."*

Patty will break down the details and ramifications of this controversial bill at our First Friday Breakfast. She is knowledgeable about the parental rights issues facing citizens in Colorado and what is being done to push back against this tyranny.
