Did you hear what Bill Gates said?

Bill Gates: "Although climate change will have serious consequences-particularly for people in the poorest countries-it will not lead to humanity's demise . . . . People will be able to live and thrive in most places on Earth for the foreseeable future."

Join us on Friday, November 7, 2025 to hear THE expert on energy policy, Drew Bolin, of the Colorado Public Utilities Commission (PUC). Drew works for the PUC doing strategic communications and handling power emergency issues. He was the PUC's research director for seven years.

Bolin will address Colorado's current energy policies, as well as update us on the facts, fraud, and fiction of Climate Change. He will address Bill Gates' fickle 17 page memo too.

Prior to these positions, Bolin served as Director of Energy in Governor Bill Owens' Cabinet and as a Deputy Director of Colorado's Economic Development Office. Bolin earned a business degree from CU-Boulder and an International MBA from the Int'l School Management.

Drew has been involved in politics at a federal level; working for former U.S. Senator Hank Brown in Washington, D.C. and in Colorado. He learned campaign strategy from Lee Atwater while working at the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC).

Locally, Drew Bolin is President of the Lincoln Club of Colorado, which meets each fourth Wednesday. The luncheon is held at the American Legion Post 1, 5400 East Yale Avenue, Denver, at 11:30 a.m. The Lincoln Club is the longest serving Republican organization in Colorado's history - since 1918.

Bolin is a two-time Republican nominee for the Colorado State House, losing his last effort by 123 votes. He is one of the earliest graduates of the Leadership Program of the Rockies. He serves as a Commissioner on the Jefferson County Planning Commission. He was named in the "Top 100 of 'Who's Who in Energy'" by The Denver Business Journal.

Join us at 7:30 a.m., on Friday, November 1, 2025. We have a private room at Morning Story, 560 South Holly Street, Denver 80246. Come out and meet your like-minded neighbors.
