Join us for community and a monthly discussion.

The gathering will be held in ta conference room at the Galleria Office Building. There is a cafe that has snacks, coffee and wine and is open until 6pm. We will be there early to socialize and connect at 5:30pm for anyone that would like to come early! The conversation starts at 6pm.

This month, we will explore:
Vulnerability & Authenticity.
Authenticity isn’t just about “being yourself, it’s about having the courage to live, speak, and make choices that align with your values and deepest truth.

Through guided discussion and reflection, we'll explore:

✨ What authenticity means to you
✨ The hidden ways we hold back or self-edit
✨ Practical tools to show up with more confidence and clarity

This is a relaxed, inclusive space to share perspectives, reflect and connect.

Come as you are. Bring your thoughts, stories, questions or simply your presence. Everyone’s voice matters and listening is just as powerful as speaking.

✨ Please note: We’re capping this event at 13 people to create a cozy, focused environment where everyone has the space and time to share if they’d like.

The event is inside with seating. Parking is located in the garage (parking will be validated and free), come inside and follow the signs we have posted. The conference room is across from the cafe.

We love community and deeply understand the importance of staying connected in today's world. Angela is a Certified Life and Relationship Coach with a BS in the study of the human body & psychology. Chris is a life and financial planner, a published author and a curious mind with a deep love for philosophy and psychology. Together, we bring thought-provoking topics to the table in a space that’s welcoming, curious and real.
