BBQ @ Sloan's Lake Park

I am hosting a casual, co-ed social event at Sloan's Lake Park at 1:00 PM on Sunday, July 21. Anyone is welcome, but the crowd tends to be 20s/30s.

We will be near the Sloan's Lake North Parking Lot by the stone building, somewhat close to where they have the long boats. It's across the street from this address: 4701 W Byron Pl, Denver, CO 80212. *This is not the actual address of the event.*

I will have burgers, kebabs, brats, hotdogs, hot links, vegan brats, and chips, beer, and bottled water.

Games:
We will have cornhole, ladder toss, and Bocce ball. Please bring more games!

Cost:

• FREE: if you're not eating/drinking and just want to hang out OR you bring a side dish, dessert, or drinks.
• $5 if you want only food
• $10 if you want food and alcohol

We'll need the following things if anyone doesn't mind contributing:

• Paper plates - covered
• Paper towels - covered
• Cutlery - covered
• Folding table
• More drinks
• Side dishes (NO chips or macaroni/potato salads please)
• Yard games
• Bluetooth speaker
• Anything else you'd like to grill

Alcohol Policy:

• Denver Parks & Rec doesn't allow glass containers.

Group Rule:
We mainly have one group rule: Don't be a dick. What does that mean?

• Update your RSVP the day before the event.
• Contribute to the event and socialize with new people.
• Don't discuss divisive topics like politics or religion.
• Treat others respectfully and only bring +1s who will do the same.
• Don't get drunk at our events and cause problems.
• Help clean up afterward.
