Talk Description
"Coding (the Vegetable) Garden" by Daniel Kat
My wife and I have always wanted a backyard vegetable garden. As first-time homeowners, this spring would be our first chance to do so, but the main question was - where?. So naturally, I spent the weekend 3D-modeling, performing shadow studies in SketchUp, and using AI alongside the P5.js library to find the optimal location - as opposed to just looking out the window."Understanding the Whys of Accessibility Improvements" by Marlena Baker
By stepping back and taking a look at the core principles that inform digital media accessibility practices, we can approach accessibility unknowns with confidence. We’ll talk about these core principles and why they matter, then go through some examples where we can apply them with accessibility practices.Community Roundtable moderated by CJ Reynolds
