Denver Small Dog Social Friday morning Aug 7 at Lowry Dog Park

Join the Denver Small Dog Social Meetup Group on Friday, August 7 at 9 am at Lowry Dog Park. Some members had requested weekday morning meetups for those who can't attend at other times. (We are still doing our weekly Sunday morning meetups as usual.)

There is a short walk to this dog park from your car, but it's a very nice park, so worth the walk. Sports Blvd. has been blocked off at Yosemite for the past year, so you can't turn there and park on Sports Blvd. as in the past. Google Maps may try to send you down Uinta Way to get to Sports Blvd. from the west but it's a shorter walk if you go south on Yosemite and park on Yosemite near 4th Avenue. You can see the dog park from there, to your west, and follow the trails to it. We will be in the second fenced in space for "low energy play".

Note: If you bring dog treats, please check with the pet parent before giving to their dog. Some dogs may be on special diets due to medical conditions.

Your group organizer won't be here as she works on weekdays but please join the members who requested this meetup time and location if it fits your schedule.
