About us

Depression can increase the risk of suicidal thoughts. According to the CDC, there are about 1.7 million suicide attempts each year — a reminder of why support matters.

Our Groups are Peer-led, FREE, and focused on connection. Whether you’re seeking understanding, encouragement, or simply a safe space to share, attending even a couple of sessions can make a real difference.
