Point Vicente Beach Walk

Hey everyone! Start your weekend off on this refreshing 5.7 mile stroll at the Point Vicente Beach Walk. Located along the beautiful Palos Verdes coast, this trail offers stunning views of the ocean, rugged cliffs, and maybe even a glimpse of some local wildlife. The path is somewhat lengthy but fairly flat and easy, with the temperature cooled by the ocean. Nonetheless remember to bring comfortable shoes, sunscreen and extra water. Begin from a lot that accommodates about 20 cars. From here you will head south along the top of the bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. After about a mile you will pass the Point Vicente Picnic Area. The trail continues and ends near Coastsite Drive. At many points the trail is very close to private homes, so please remain on the established path.

Highlights include beautiful coastal views and a well-maintained, flat path. Challenges noted are minimal shade and potential crowds. Reviewers recommend arriving early and staying hydrated.
