Depth (Unmasked)

This is a group dedicated to individuals who are interested in expressing themselves in a creative manner that aligns with who they are on a authentic level. The group is called "Depth" because we our seeking meaning and understand behind the surface, let's address the fears and limitations and encourage each other to go for the best versions of ourselves in a way that aligns with who we are as well as who we are trying to become.

In this group, we avoid certain language to avoid offending others while nurturing an environment that prioritizes universal language that can be used in any group or setting, For example, if I use "I feel" statements to express myself, people from whatever walk of life will most likely not be offended because I am not using specific language that belongs to other institutions or parties to express myself. We avoid phrases like:
"Oh my God"
"Oh my Gosh"
"Oh my Goodness"
"Golly"
"Jesus Christ"
"Goddamn"
"Jeez"
"Sht"
"Fck"
"OMG"
"Crazy"
"Insane"
"Psycho"

These are just a couple examples, but we refrain from using religious or outdated medical terminology to make an expression, and we avoid the euphemisms that come with it (Freak, Shoot, Darn, Dangit, kray kray and things of that nature) and we avoid swearing and cussing. I am certain that using universal healthy language will allow for an environment where everyone feels safe, heard and respected. Boundaries rarely get violated when we our mindful of the phrases that we our using.
