Hi friends. DSM Web Geeks typically posts news about our upcoming events on our own blog at www.dsmwebgeeks.com. However, we've heard a lot of our members were on Meetup.com so we thought we'ed give it a shot.
DSM Web Geeks is a community for web developers, hobbyists, and enthusiasts interested in learning new skills in web trends and technologies.
Our events are held on the second Monday of every month, and (sometimes) one Wednesday a month. The format varies between lecture style, round table discussion, and "hackathon". Our lunch events are hosted by our generous partners like Happy Medium, Blue Compass, and Source Allies.
You can become a Web Geek if you're interested in anything related to web development. Common topics we focus on are JavaScript frameworks, project management, mobile development, web design, etc. If we aren't talking about a topic you enjoy let us know and we'll incorporate it into our next event.
