The Age of Chivalry

Join us for a day of fun and unique photo opportunities at the Las Vegas Renaissance Festival! This 16th-century themed event offers a treasure trove of unique and captivating subjects, from elaborately costumed characters to majestic animals, bustling marketplaces and grand stage shows.

You'll have the opportunity to capture stunning images of knights in armor, royal courtiers, and swashbuckling pirates, as well as the vibrant colors and textures of the festival's many artisans and vendors. With a variety of interactive experiences and shows, you'll be able to freeze moments of action, drama, and comedy, and have fun with the whole family while doing it!

Our event will take place on Saturday, October 11, the second day of the three-day festival.

MEETUP INFO:
We will have a meet and greet at 11:00am just inside the main ticket and entry gates. Expect it to be crowded, so look for the people with the cameras! After we get a chance to say hello and meet our fellow photographers, plan to explore the festival and shoot on your own.

MEETUP FEES:
There is no fee for the Meetup, though you must purchase a ticket to enter the festival. Look for the “Single Day Passes” and click on the “+” sign to open the options. Note that all tickets are non-refundable.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY:
Expect to do plenty of walking on different surface types ranging from paved to dirt and gravel. It may also still be quite warm in October.

PARKING:
Parking at Sunset Park is extremely limited, and no event parking is allowed north of Sunset Road, including at Cannon Middle School or Del Sol High School. Unauthorized parking on private or commercial property will result in towing.

The best option might be the free shuttles from either Las Vegas Sports Park or Green Valley High School which run from 10:00am to 11:00pm. More information on parking, and the shuttles can be found here: https://lvrenfair.com/directions-parking/

3. Personal Responsibility: You confirm that you have reviewed all event instructions, understand the requirements, and agree to participate at your own risk. You are solely responsible for assessing your physical fitness, skills, and preparedness to participate in any event.
4. Guest Responsibility: If you bring guest(s), you agree to communicate these terms to them and accept responsibility for their compliance.
