The owners are Joe and Anna. Joe is from Chicago and Anna from Rome, Italy and since they met in 2005, they wanted to open a restaurant together. Joe worked as a pizzaiolo in Italy where he perfectioned his cooking skills and Anna, oh well, she grew up eating the best food all over Europe ... this explains the interesting variety of food they offer. Joe supervises the day-to-day operations and manages the Desert Ridge location; Anna takes care of marketing, social media and manages the Tempe Marketplace location. Sometimes their 2 young boys help them out in the stores.
