SEPT. 11: Sound Bath for PEACE ☮️

☮️Guided by the collective resilience, strength, unity, and hope that continues to emerge with each remembrance of Sept. 11, we will be focusing on the hope and desire for peace in our communities, our country, in the world. But perhaps more importantly, reclaiming or fostering the peace in our hearts and spirit so we may recognize and be a part of the good in our communities, our country, and in the world. Every heart matters. Everyone deserves to feel safe, comforted, and in peace.

Rest in this deeply relaxing experience and inviting way to maintain your personal wellness. Feel the sound and vibrational energy of our Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, and hand-crafted ZEN therapeutic bowls flow through you, relaxing your mind, body and soul into deeper meditative states, and calming center.

The gentle sound and pace of the bowls will help move your mind into a meditative state and your body into a deep rest state, facilitating your body’s own natural healing abilities physically, mentally, and/or spiritually.

What to expect: sound baths are intimate in-studio, small group gatherings (up to 10 people). Sound baths begin with a brief guided group grounding visualization followed immediately by a group sound bath. Sound bath concludes with individual bowl-on-body vibrational healing (VST) with a ZEN therapeutic sound bowl for each participant, followed by a short closing meditation.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to sign our waiver and settle in. Doors close promptly at start time. Late arrivals will not be admitted so as not to disturb sound bath already in progress.

Wear comfortable clothing. Yoga mats, blankets and eye pillows are provided. Registration is required. Space is very limited.
The map/directions provided to our studio through MeetUp for this event is accurate. If you choose to enter our address into your own navigation app be sure to double-check the address for RANCHO MIRAGE. Note our nearest cross street is Indian Trail, Rancho Mirage.
