Sweetheart Sound Bath

This is an intimate in-studio, small group gathering accommodating up to 4 couples (max) to connect through a shared sound bath experience with focus on connection and the heart chakra. Feel the warm sound and embrace of vibrational energy of our Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, and hand-crafted ZEN therapeutic bowls flow through you, relaxing you and your partner into deeper meditative states.

The calm sound and gentle pace of the singing bowls, the activation of your heart chakra, and individual bowl-on-body vibrational healing (VST) will help move you and your partner into a meditative state and your body into a deep rest state, facilitating a more meaningful connection to your mind, body, spirit and each other.

Wear comfortable clothing. Yoga mats, blankets and eye pillows are provided.

Registration is required. Space is very limited.
