Welcome!
The purpose of this meetup is to convene all sorts of folks that design experiences for people—from architects, to urban designers, to product designers, to web/app designers, to service designers, and more. If you create experiences for people—be they physical or digital—this meetup group is for you.
In gathering people from many different industries, I hope to facilitate the sharing of concepts, methods, and tools between members—helping us all to expand our design processes.
As we gain members, the activities of this group may shift to suit our needs, but my initial plans for meetups are as follows:
• panel discussions/presentations
• group discussions/debates
• skill/method workshops
• networking events
• mini projects/"hackathons" (think 2 hours)
