Data Science in e-Commerce

Abstract
Data Science plays an important role in achieving internal data hygiene, preventing loss in revenue, and most importantly ensuring good customer experience. In this talk, we provide a glimpse of data science models in B2C e-commerce that help achieve the above goals.

Bio
Dr. T. Ravindra Babu did his MSc(Engg) and Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Science. He is currently serving as the Global Head, Data Science at Sahaj AI. He earlier served as VP & Head, Data Science, Myntra, as Principal Data Scientist, Flipkart, Principal Researcher, Infosys and Scientist, ISRO. His research interests include Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and Spacecraft Orbital Dynamics.
