Ram and Muthu have been part of a Consortium that helped the Government smoothly replace and upgrade both the user experience as well as the functionality of a public service application. During this two year journey, the team worked together to deliver functionality with zero roll backs, zero serious security findings, and by remaining within various SLA parameters (necessary to get paid!).

In this talk, Ram and Muthu will share the DevOps and Continuous Delivery aspects of the two year journey that helped the team deliver functionality and help the team succeed.

Over the years we’ve seen huge benefits from the adoption of Agile and DevOps in changing the way teams deliver software and solutions, but how do you change a whole large organisation to be more nimble and responsive to customer needs?

In this presentation Evan will share his own experiences from organisations undergoing digital transformation. How does a large scale change impact enterprise architecture, programme management, infrastructure and operations, continuous delivery, integration and APIs, and even data?
