DevOps meetup on Aug 22

### Title: Introducing Grafana Alloy: an OSS Telemetry Collector

Abstract: Introducing Grafana Alloy: OpenTelemetry Collector distribution with built-in Prometheus pipelines and more. GrafanaCon2024 was just over and one exciting announcement was about Grafana Alloy, an OpenTelemetry Collector distribution with built-in Prometheus pipelines and more. We'll delve into the details of Alloy and gain a deeper technical understanding of how Alloy works, the architectural innovations behind its design, its key features and demo & use cases.
BIO: Alfredo is a Staff Solutions Engineer at Grafana Labs, where he plays a role in the Asia Pacific team, supporting the user community and enterprise customers in their observability journey. Alfredo has been working with multiple organizations in their data journey and currently focusing on expanding the footprint and fostering adoption of the Grafana LGTM stack within the region.

### Title: Developer Experience can drive business growth

Abstract: Developer Experience (DevEx) encompasses all aspects of a developer’s interaction with the technology from the moment they start writing code until the changes get shipped.
DevEx is about creating an environment that makes it easy for developers to do their job by providing them with the tools and resources they need to build, test, and deploy software quickly and efficiently.
