• 7:15 - 8:45 - Presentations, discussions, etc.

• Developing a Continuous Delivery Tool Chain from the Bottom Up - Gene Gotimer (https://www.meetup.com/DevOpsDC/members/136911892/), Coveros - It isn't always feasible to get top-level buy-in to say "let's do DevOps." I'll discuss techniques and tools we've used to bring a DevOps mindset and Continuous Delivery practices into an environment that wasn't already Agile. I'll talk about how we were able to start in development, where we had the most control, with a "let's starting being Agile" initiative and working on "why is continuous integration important?" From there, we incrementally brought our practices through "higher environments" until the project was confidently delivering working, QA-tested, security-tested releases into production every two weeks.

• Metro: McPherson Sq (Or, Bl, Slv) Farragut North (Red)

• Parking: Two or three parking garages on site. Colonial Parking being the cheapest and most convenient. We don't recommend street parking as they ticket quite a bit and its a bit confusing

• Check-in at the front desk on the 8th floor.
