  Discover how to unlock your smart devices using custom firmware like Tasmota and ESPHome to gain fast, private, local control. We'll explore the essentials communication protocols, like MQTT and Zigbee, that allow all your hardware to talk to your central smart home hub.

  Sensors and actuators are great - but when they start working together and making decisions, things get smart. In this talk, we’ll explore how to connect and automate your devices, share practical tips, and highlight common pitfalls to avoid.
