We will present the most important advice and tips for your software developer job hunting trip. From how the timeline looks like, advice for the live coding interview, to negotiating the offer. - Hiring - insights from the inside. How decisions are made and how to stand out (en 30 mins) - Charlotte Bernett (remote)
This presentation will be about what actually happens on the other side of the table. How hiring really works inside a company. How CVs are screened. How interviews are evaluated. And why really good candidates sometimes get rejected anyway.
We'll also have live streaming for those who won't be able to join in-person. The link will be posted a few minutes before the event starts.
