Using AI in people management, without the guilt. This session tackles the real workload of engineering managers, from 1:1 prep to feedback to performance reviews, by automating what doesn't need human judgment so you can focus fully on what does.
- Automating Agility: How an Agile Coach Leverages Tools to Streamline Engineering Operations (40 mins, el/en) - Vasilis Manolas.
This talk breaks down how automation, both native and custom, combines with team data and Agile metrics to drive real, principles led results. Includes a look at what's coming next.
