Join the Devstaff community for our next meetup as we explore what happens when AI coding agents get their own lightweight, isolated computing environments. We will start with a primer to break down exactly what a sandbox is and why these isolated environments are an absolute must-have for AI agents. From there, we'll move into a practical demonstration of a few sandboxes specifically designed for AI agents. We'll show you firsthand how these technologies make agent-driven development safer, more flexible, and incredibly easy to experiment with. Whether you’re building with AI today or just keeping an eye on where developer tooling is heading, come join the discussion!
Agenda
- Brig - the microVM sandbox for AI coding agents (40 mins, en) - Anastassios Nanos. (FOSS repos)
- A short demonstration of openshell and incus-spawn (isx) (30 mins, en/el) - Foivos Zakkak.
We'll also have live streaming for those who won't be able to join in-person. The link will be posted a few minutes before the event starts.
