John was a self -taught day and options trader for almost 3 years before he leveraged his knowledge in the stock market catapulting him into the real estate market; in 2003 starting, what is now known as the largest lease option company in Texas!
At that time lease options were used to take advantage of people. And investors seized this opportunity to make a quick buck without regard to the families. John changed the way lease options were structured and helped over 500 families achieve home ownership the RIGHT way, in the Dallas Fort Worth area.
