DFW Queer and Spiritual Group

This is a gentle naked vinyasa yoga practice focusing on our connecting our mind and body with our breath. We will move from pose to pose naked developing a profound relationship with our body. When we are naked we really can’t hide or avoid our bodies. So many times we are terrified of our own bodies and how it looks or even how our yoga practice looks to others. So many times we get lost and just see the flaws in ourselves and others. In this practice we’re going to learn to let go and accept ourselves and others as we are. Love ourselves and others as we are.
I have limited space so please only RSVP if you really plan to attend

### 🌑 Sacred Shadows

Group Meditation
October invites us to turn inward and gently explore the parts of ourselves we don't always show—the fears, insecurities, old stories, and hidden emotions that may be asking to be witnessed. Sacred Shadows is an evening of guided meditation, breathwork, and mindful reflection designed to help us meet those hidden places with curiosity, compassion, and acceptance. Together, we'll explore how embracing all parts of ourselves can create greater wholeness, authenticity, and inner peace. Come as you are, bring your whole self, and discover the wisdom within your shadows.
