This Pride Month, join us for an evening of breathwork, meditation, and embodied connection centered around authenticity, self-acceptance, and queer joy.
Together we’ll explore grounding practices, heart-centered awareness, and gentle guided meditation designed to help you reconnect with your body and arrive fully in the present moment — just as you are.
This is a space for community, softness, visibility, and belonging.
No masks. No performance. Just presence.
