Making friends as an adult shouldn’t be this hard, that’s why we started DFW Young & Social! This group is all about making it easier to meet new people, try new things, and build real connections. No membership fees, no pressure. Just fun, welcoming events where you can show up, be yourself, and connect with great people.

Beginner Salsa Dance Class
DFW Young & Social, 2309 Springlake Rd, Suite 600, Farmers Branch, tx, USFast-paced, flirty, fun, and danceable to hundreds of today's top Latin pop hits, Salsa is a fantastic dance to have in your pocket! You don’t have to bring a partner! We rotate throughout the classes, so everyone gets plenty of opportunities to dance and meet new people.

Crochet Circle Social
DFW Young & Social, 2309 Springlake Rd, Suite 600, Farmers Branch, tx, USGrab your hook, bring your current project, and come hang out with fellow crocheters.
This is a relaxed, drop in crochet hangout where you set the agenda. Work on whatever you are making, get advice from our resident expert Regan, or let her help you get started if this is your very first time picking up a hook. No pressure, no curriculum, just good company and a creative space to settle into.

Free Hatha Yoga Class | Strength & Mobility
DFW Young & Social, 2309 Springlake Rd, Suite 600, Farmers Branch, tx, USShow up, move well, and leave feeling better than when you walked in.
Led by DFWYAS Member Brandon B., this weekly Hatha yoga class focuses on building real strength and mobility through a rotating four-week cycle of targeted sessions. Each week has its own focus so you can drop in any time and still get a complete, intentional practice.
Price: Free | Donations help keep this class going and accessible for everyone
Date: Every Wednesday at 7:15 PM4 Week Rotating Schedule:
- Week 1: Balance
- Week 2: Hips
- Week 3: Upper Body
- Week 4: Core and Back

Beginner Bolero Intensive Workshop (1.5 hours)
DFW Young & Social, 2309 Springlake Rd, Suite 600, Farmers Branch, tx, USBolero is one of the most technically demanding dances to learn, and this intensive is designed to give you a real foundation in it.
This 1.5-hour class moves at a focused pace and covers the core technique, timing, and movement quality that makes Bolero what it is. While this is an entry point into the style, prior dance experience is strongly recommended. If you have not danced before, this class will be difficult to keep up with and you may find yourself lost early on.
- Price: $25 per person / Drop in rate
- Dance pack members: Use 2 punches to attend at no additional cost
- Unlimited members: Included at no additional cost
