DFW Young and Social Club (21-40)

Get your hands a little dirty (in the best way) at our Terrarium Workshop, led by member and supporter Lindsey! You’ll build your own mini succulent garden using soil, fillings, and decorative materials to create something beautiful, low-maintenance, and uniquely yours. Lindsey will guide everyone step by step through layering, planting, and styling, making this an easy and creative experience even if you’ve never worked with plants before.

Each month we add new decorations, glass containers, and plant varieties to keep things fresh. If there’s something you’d love to see included, let us know and we’ll do our best to make it happen. Please bring a small box or container to safely transport your terrarium home.
Price – $25 per person

Fast-paced, flirty, fun, and danceable to hundreds of today's top Latin pop hits, Salsa is a fantastic dance to have in your pocket! You don’t have to bring a partner! We rotate throughout the classes, so everyone gets plenty of opportunities to dance and meet new people.

Single Class - $15 for a single class

Looking for a fun, approachable way to get moving and connect with others? Our group fitness class is team-based, beginner-friendly, and led by our energetic instructor, Chelsea. You’ll move at your own pace through simple, gamified exercises that make working out feel more like play. Wellness should be something everyone can access, no matter their budget.

These classes are free so cost isn’t a barrier, and if you’re able to contribute, your support helps keep them going strong:

• $5 Covers the cost of one person in class,
• $5–$9 Helps sustain our free / pay-what-you-can model and pays it forward for someone else,
• $10+ Supports the space, keeps things accessible, and helps our community grow,

We don’t expect anyone to contribute every time. A little here and there truly goes a long way.

Join the DFWYAS Book Club as we take on Dungeon Crawler Carl by Matt Dinniman, a fast-paced, genre-bending adventure that blends dark humor, survival, and unexpected heart. Set in a brutal game-like dungeon where the rules are strange and the stakes are high, this book offers plenty of action alongside commentary on power, entertainment, and resilience. We’ll move through the story in three sessions, creating space for discussion, laughter, and shared reactions as the chaos unfolds.

Meeting Schedule (all sessions at 7:00 pm, RSVP required):

• Session 1 – April 1: Start through Chapter 15
• Session 2 – April 15: Chapters 16 through 30
• Session 3 – April 29: Chapters 31 through 44 + Epilogue
