Making friends as an adult shouldn’t be this hard, that’s why we started DFW Young & Social! This group is all about making it easier to meet new people, try new things, and build real connections. No membership fees, no pressure. Just fun, welcoming events where you can show up, be yourself, and connect with great people.

No experience? No problem! Neon Paint Night is designed for beginners and anyone looking to have fun under the blacklights. We’ll guide you step-by-step, making it easy for unleashing your creativity in a vibrant, laid-back setting.
Whether you’re flying solo or bringing friends, it’s all about the fun, the vibes, and making something uniquely yours.

Looking for a fun, approachable way to get moving and connect with others? Our Social Team Fitness Classes are designed to help you stay active while having a great time—no matter your fitness level. Led by our dynamic instructor Chelsea, these free classes combine exercise with a gamified twist to make movement feel fresh and fun.
Here’s what to expect:- Team Challenges: Work in pairs, trios, or larger groups for engaging activities that keep everyone involved.
- Creative Workouts: Dice rolls, friendly competitions, and surprise tasks keep every session exciting and unique.
- Warm-Ups & Cool-Downs: Start strong and finish refreshed with proper stretches and restorative movements.
