In this class, you will be gently guided through mindful movement sequences inspired by the Feldenkrais Method® Awareness Through Movement®. These lessons are designed to increase awareness of your body and mind, make everyday movement easier, and enhance your overall quality of life.
Sessions are relaxed and non-strenuous, and may take place in a variety of positions—lying down, sitting, or standing. The focus is on retraining the nervous system and discovering new movement patterns that support greater ease and efficiency.
Through this process, you may experience deep relaxation, reduced anxiety, improved neurological functioning, and—most importantly—a deeper connection with yourself.
