About us
Dhyan Foundation is a volunteer-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting inner wellbeing, mindful living, and compassionate values through free, community-based programs.
Our offerings include:
- Guided meditation and mindfulness practices
- Gentle yoga for relaxation and stress relief
- Wellness and mental wellbeing sessions
- Nature-based and sustainable living education
- Community learning and service-oriented activities
All our programs are beginner-friendly, inclusive, and offered free of cost, often in partnership with libraries, community spaces, and local organizations across the Bay Area.
This group is open to anyone seeking calm, balance, and meaningful connection in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.

This session is designed to be accessible and introductory, offering participants a calm and thoughtful experience that connects inner wellbeing with care for the natural environment.

The program will be held in a designated, covered space at an SVOSA site in Morgan Hill, CA, with ample natural light.

This is a pilot session. Based on interest and feasibility, future sessions may explore:
- additional composting topics
- expanded meditation and gentle yoga practices
