Yoga For Meditation
with Yogic Breathing (Pranayamas), Asanas (Posture) and Meditation
Classes are design to attain relaxed body and quite mind to get into the mediation zone. Daily class includes :

  • Pranayama (Yogic Breathing Exercises)
  • Asana (Postures)
  • Dhyana (Mindfulness/Meditation)

Schedule:

  • Monday to Saturday (unless otherwise announced)
  • Intermediate: 6:30-7:30 AM

Instructor: Classes will be guided by Swami Anam, who has over 25 years of experience in Yoga, Breathwork and Meditation.
What would be there in the class
Diaphragmatic Breathing, Yogic Breathing, Fire Breath (Kapalbhati Pranayama), Alternate nostril breathing (Anuloma-Viloma)
Asanas and
Meditation.
