In a world where we are constantly stimulated, distracted, and emotionally overloaded, all of us are carrying some degree of inner agitation — often not even realizing it.

### You may feel:

• Restless and anxious with no idea why
• Suffering from insomnia or light sleeps
• Emotionally loaded, overloaded with unresolved emotion
• Hyperactive or easily upset and unable to settle
• Locked into a cycle of endless mental commentary
• Disconnected from Breath, Body or Center
• Experiencing nervous system dysregulation, between (sympathetic nervous system) fight-or-flight and fatigue (Nervous system)
If any of this resonates with you, you’re not alone. And you’re in the right place.
The Prana Breathwork Workshop is a 3-hour immersion into your inside world—a place where your breath is the map to letting go of, rejuvenating, and rebalancing.

### What is Prana Breathwork?

This is not just a breathing practice—but an immersive healing process combining:
• Connected breathing awareness
• Trauma-informed facilitation
• Gentle body movement & psychosomatic release
• Somatic awareness, energetic releasing, and meditative integration
No matter if you’re carrying around unresolved suffering, years of bottled-up emotion, or simply need to reboot, Prana Breathwork leads you back home to yourself.

### What to Expect

• Opening circle and brief orientation to the breath and body
• Gentle movement of the body and somatic warm-ups to prepare significant areas of emotion tension (chest, belly, pelvis)
• A fully guided integrated breathwork journey with accompaniment of sound, touch (optional), and vocal guidance
• Open time for release and expression of emotion—laughter, tears, sound, or silence
• A serene integration phase of silence, slumber, and introspection within
• Optional circle of sharing, journaling exercises, and grounding activities
This is a judgment-free zone where you get to surrender the control, step away from the head, and get to interact with your interior world with breath and awareness.
For whom is this?
This class is open to all levels—beginner to seasoned seeker.
It might especially benefit those who:
• Are stuck or feeling overwhelmed emotionally
• Feel restlessness, insomnia, or hyper
• Desire to integrate their parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous system
• Battle with overthinking, nervousness, or internal chatter
• Recovering from traumatic or high-stress experiences emotionally
• Strive to feel more alive, present, and at one with their body and breath
• Seek deeper meditation, energetic awareness, or liberation from emotion
You are not required to have any breathwork experience. Come as you are.
Primary Benefits of Prana Breathwork
This activity extends far beyond the breath:
• Releases stored tension and emotion blockages
• Reduces anxiety, insomnia, and nervous system overload
• Balances the fight/flight (sympathetic) and the rest/digest (parasympathetic) systems
• Diffuses the fog of overthinking and continuous mental chatter
• Increases emotional resilience and energy balance
• Aids trauma integration and inner healing
• Enriches your power to live with the present moment, with stillness and silence
• Re-establishes the subjective experience of peace, clearness, and energy
You may feel lighter. You may cry. You may laugh. You may slip into deep silence. The breath provides exactly the right thing—no pressure, no suppression.

### Why to Join Us at DhyanYoga?

The DhyanYoga Meditation Center is a refuge for exploration of the self and for healing. Our breathwork is grounded in years of spiritual practice, somatic therapy, and energy-based work—conducted within a highly supportive, meditative container.
This is not performance breathwork. This is breathwork as spiritual exploration—inward journey—of opening and surrendering and awakening.
