Welcome to the Tyresö Diamond Way Buddhism meetup page!
We are a group of people incorporating buddhist meditation into daily lives and invite everyone interested in meditation and mind to join our guided meditation classes. They are free of charge and suitable for beginners. A short introduction will be provided for all newcomers in Swedish or English. All are welcome to join.

Location:
We have a beautiful retreat center located at Breviksvägen 56,
13568 Stockholm. Please walk up the path and stairs leading to a white house located above the parking. There is a sign at the door saying 'Diamond Way Buddhist Center'.
We also have a meditation group in Stockholm (Flottbrovägen 5, 112 64 Stockholm), in case this is easier for you to reach:)
About us:
Our group is part of an international network of 650+ Diamond Way Buddhist Centres and groups. The centres were started by the unique inspiration of Lama Ole and Hannah Nydahl according to the wishes of H.H. 16th Karmapa. They are now under the spiritual guidance of H.H. 17th Gyalwa Karmapa Trinley Thaye Dorje. These centres and groups consist of people and families working full-time jobs, and incorporating Diamond Way Buddhist teachings and meditations into their daily lives. Members share responsibility for guiding meditations, answering questions, and giving explanations about Buddhism; their work is unpaid, and based on idealism and friendship.
