The Four Basic Thoughts

A lecture by a traveling teacher on the four thoughts (precious human life, impermanence, karma, reasons for working with mind) that lead every meditation.

The lecture will be given by Amadeo Rosenheim, a traveling teacher and student of Lama Ole Nydahl. Amadeo has more than 20 years of experience and currently lives in the Diamond Way Buddhist Center of Budapest in Hungary.
