When you think of Osaka, you think of ONE thing: Takoyaki (Octopus Balls)!
As part of the "Digital Nomad Week Osaka 2026 Spring," we are throwing a super fun, incredibly affordable Takoyaki Party right inside our coworking space, The DECK!
What is the plan?
After a productive day of coworking, it’s time to close the laptops and fire up the hot plates. Our special host for the night is my amazing colleague, Captain Aoyama—The DECK's official Takoyaki Master!
Instead of just buying takoyaki at a street stand, the Captain will teach you the authentic local way to grill, flip, and cook your very own takoyaki.
"Raising" your own takoyaki on the hot plate makes it taste 100x better! Gathering around the grill is the ultimate Osaka way to break the ice, share laughs, and expand your circle of friends.
What we will do (Schedule for Friday, April 10th):
- 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Takoyaki Making & Networking Party at The DECK.
- Eat as much as you can cook! (ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT!)
💰 Cost & Drinks (Super Cheap!):
- The DECK Monthly Members: 500 JPY
- Non-Members / General: 1,000 JPY
- Includes: Unlimited Takoyaki AND unlimited soft drinks / coffee from our Drink Bar!
- Alcohol: We have Beer and Chuhai available for purchase (Cash-on), or you are completely free to BYOB (Bring Your Own Booze/Drinks)!
Please note that once you have registered, the registration fee is non-refundable.
Special Offer for Non-Members: Come early and work! You can use The DECK as a "Drop-in" coworking space for the day (2,500 JPY), finish your work, and seamlessly join the Takoyaki Party in the evening.
