Regardless you are new to Agile frameworks or a long-term expert, Michael Forni - co-creator of ScrumLSP with LSP Guru Fabrizio Faraco - will introduce you to RetroLSP in a 2 hours hands-on, mind-on workshop.
Through the exercise of "playing seriously" with LEGO bricks in small groups of peers, you'll test a new useful way to run Retrospectives (or any other inspection event aimed to bring the Team's consensus on feasible solutions).
