🎬 "Make a great Tiramisu" with Valerio Zanini [VIRTUAL]

🍎 Making a good Tiramisu is not an easy task. We will make a parallel between making a Tiramisu and building a product, and discuss what needs to be true for a delivering a great product.
In particular, we'll discuss the three key areas of focus for product managers: Customer discovery, product development, and measurement of outcomes.
This session is part a presentation and part an interactive workshop. Participants will come away with a deep understanding of the role of product management in driving customer outcomes, and what to avoid.
