Customer delight is a cornerstone of agility. The personalised experiences of smaller businesses with larger corporations' standardised offerings help illustrate why agility is not for the large.
Focused teams working sequentially are more effective at developing products that our customers and users love. We need a fundamental re-evaluation of organisational structures for complex knowledge work.

📢 Georgina is an agile coach and director of The Agile Coach House. She is certified in Scrum, Kanban, and trained as a professional coach with Barefoot Coaching. Georgina’s key focuses are team cohesion and process analysis and improvement. She has worked with organisations from small start-ups to tier-one banks, supporting people in working together to achieve a common goal. Throughout her career, Georgina has contributed to the agile community through mentoring, public appearances, and active community participation.
