Tim is not only known as the investors on the Portuguese TV Show 'Shark Tank' or his TED Talks but also for his success in the media and advertising industry. Together with his partner, Nuno Traguedo, Tim owns one of the most relevant media groups in Angola, employing more than 500 employees, which includes one of the main advertising and events agencies, brand activations and media planning. In honour of International Women’s day 2019, Outreach Digital will join the rest of the world by celebrating the women who work in the digital space. Under the theme 'Better the balance, better the world', Harriet Small will host Pooja Nerurkar, Jessica Gosling and Joanna Beech. Our panel will share their stories of navigating the marketing, communications and digital space. Speaking candidly on the reality of the gender pay gap, imposter syndrome, and getting ahead in a male-dominated sector. They will share the tips and advice that has helped them to develop professionally and personally.
