This talk will discuss how Product and UX Design teams can quickly start measuring, using, and sharing UX metrics to demonstrate the value of and effects of their work in supporting the overall goals of other teams and organizations.

Scot has been a design leader at brand, marketing and UX agencies for more than 20 years. For the last year, Scot has been researching and implementing user experience metrics in order to help Notion's Product Design team better understand the affect of it's work on users, other Notion teams and how the outcomes of that work effect the business goals of Notion.
