GV Design Sprints: The Good, The Bad and The Ugly with Andrea Hill

Details
Google Ventures design sprints are like teenage sex: everyone's talking about it, but no one's actually doing it. It's just difficult to set aside the time--
oh wait, I think my metaphor just broke down.
Anyway...
In 2016, I led ReadyTalk's innovation practice, which included a team dedicated to identifying new products and services to bring to market. Of the many approaches we took to rapidly ideating and testing new product ideas, we saw the most potential with the GV Design Sprint process. In this session, I'll share my experiences with using this approach for new product exploration, and also welcome insights from the audience on how design sprints have worked for them.
Attendees will leave this session with an understanding of:- What makes for a great design sprint- Where the process breaks down (or rather, how it doesn't go far enough)- Which techniques you should adopt, even if you don't have a whole week to spare
